All three forms below are the current 2026 versions. A vendor needs all three — they are returned together to the Kiwanis Club of Exeter, not to the City or the County.

Business License Application
City of Exeter
Every vendor needs a City of Exeter business license to trade at the festival. Return it with your vendor application.

Sponsorship and the TFF permit chart for 2026 are still being finalized. They will be posted here as soon as they are ready.
How to apply
Fill out all three forms
The vendor application, the County food application if you are serving food, and the City business license application.
Write two separate checks
One for your vendor payment (see the application for the rate) and one for the $50 compliance deposit. Both payable to the Kiwanis Club of Exeter. The deposit is returned a week after the festival if you follow the rules.
Add a vendor photo
A photo of your booth or setup must accompany the application to reserve your space.
Send it all to Kiwanis
By mail to Kiwanis Club of Exeter, P.O. Box 151, Exeter, CA 93221, or by email to [email protected]. Do not send the County form to the County yourself — the event organizer submits them all together.
Space is limited, and applications are processed first come, first served.
The committee reserves the right to limit vendors with like items. No reservations are made over the phone. Getting your application in early is the best way to secure a space.
What happens on the day
A whole day in the park
The Kiwanis Club of Exeter, the City of Exeter, other community organizations, and the Exeter Chamber of Commerce put on the Fall Festival together, continuing the traditions the town has enjoyed for well over a century.
